AFC Bournemouth come into this one on the back of a 1-1 draw with Aston Villa at Villa Park in their most recent outing, last weekend, with Evanilson scoring a last-gasp equaliser. The Cherries have had an interesting and inconsistent start to the season with three victories, three draws and three defeats in their opening nine matches. They now face a Manchester City side that suffered their first defeat of the campaign in their 16th match across all competitions, losing 2-1 to Tottenham Hotspur in the fourth round of the EFL Cup. They haven’t been convincing at all in the last month and a half or so. City are favourites for this one but Bournemouth scoring is also something that can almost be expected at this stage.
