MATCH PREDICTION
Under the management of Herve Renard, despite being at home, France have been quite underwhelming at this competition, continuing their unconvincing form from the UEFA Women’s Nations League. They managed to beat Colombia by three goals to two after leading 3-0 at half-time but then lost to Canada and stumbled past a weak New Zealand side in the groups. Brazil, though, are a stagnant and stale side at the moment. They squeezed past Nigeria in their opener before losses to both Japan and Spain. Despite not being at their best and there being reason for genuine concerns, France should stumble through to the semi-finals.
