Guinea have badly struggled at the start of their 2025 CAF Africa Cup of Nations qualifying campaign. During the September international break they suffered back-to-back defeats against the Democratic Republic of Congo and then against Tanzania. The Guineans scored just a solitary goal in those two matches. They now face an Ethiopian side that, ranked 145^th in the world by FIFA, are supposedly weaker on paper than Guinea but have made themselves difficult to play against, although they didn’t score in either of their qualifiers last month. A low-scoring double chance bet in favour of Guinea remains the best bet for this one.
