After three matches of their 2025 CAF Africa Cup of Nations qualifying campaign, Lesotho have collected just one point with two defeats. In their most recent outing, the reverse fixture between these two in Franceville, they did manage to pick up a surprise point with a goalless draw. The Gabonese have a few stars in their squad and had started brightly in terms of performances last month but their over arching inconsistency has shone through.
