Rwanda began their 2025 CAF Africa Cup of Nations campaign with a 1-1 draw against Libya in Tripoli the other day. Rwanda found themselves behind early on in that match before then managing an equaliser just after the half-time interval. After losing to Benin in 2026 FIFA World Cup qualification this summer, manager-less and out of form Nigeria put in an excellent performance in Lagos the other day to beat the same opposition by three goals to nil with a brace from Ademola Lookman either side of a Victor Osimhen strike. Nigeria were underwhelming but they should be firm favourites for this one.
