This one has the potential to be the tie of the round in terms of the entertainment value that it may provide. The Netherlands started their campaign slowly but their 3-0 demolition of Romania in the Round of 16 was arguably the most complete of the performance of the tournament by any team so far, under the management of Ronald Koeman in his second stint in charge as Oranje boss. Türkiye, on the other hand, came through a thriller against Austria to win by two goals to one and Vincenzo Montella’s Turks have been great to watch for the neutral throughout with no clean sheets as of yet but quality sprinkled throughout the side that could hurt any opposition. The Dutch remain favourites in Berlin, despite the waves of Turkish support that will continue to follow them, but a high-scoring victory seems likely.
